FINDING TENANTS

We know that securing a great tenant can be stressful for owners. To keep you in control we provide each customer with their own dedicated leasing consultant who personally meets and greets all prospective tenants.
We understand that not everyone can see property in normal working hours, so we are flexible in showing times, and this opens up the market for choosing the best tenant in the quickest time possible.

RENTAL AGREEMENTS

A lease agreement is a legally binding contract and its important that all parties are aware of their rights and obligations.

We spend time ensuring all our tenants are fully aware of their obligations and are on call to ensure our clients are making the best decisions about their investment property and giving lawful instructions when required.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

One of our most crucial roles is to inspect the property and to ensure that it is being well maintained by the tenant and also for the tenant. A property that presents well and is maintained well will generate higher returns and and maximise the return on your investment. Our photographic reports allow our clients to feel as though they are at the home inspecting it for themselves. We will always ensure we make the best recommendations to both landlord and tenant in maintaining the property.
