We are writing in reference to Jacinta Greentree & how wonderful & helpful she was in our move to Coolangatta. My Wife & I not knowing the area preferred to rent before buying. Owning our own homes for the last 35 years we did not know how difficult it would be to rent. When we viewed a place we liked on the internet, we had our daughter who lives on the Gold Coast, view the unit with Jacinta, explaining we were from Albury NSW & could she look on our behalf.

Once our daughter said we would like the place to rent, we contacted Jacinta to see if we could apply. Jacinta organised all the paperwork for us & constantly communicated to ensure we understood all the documentation and helped us with things we did not understand. Once we were successful in obtaining the unit for rent, Jacinta kept in touch right up until we arrived to Coolangatta.

Jacinta not only made our moving so much easier than we thought, she also has stayed in touch with us to see how we are going. If not for Jacinta's dedication & pleasant manner our move would have been much more stressful.
